We can look at design and actually read its messages --thus we can locate, create, and use positive models which reject the repressive elements of dominant culture.

I want to be a part of Project M because I am a visionary designer; one who is rooted in design's conventional role, but who imagines and practices possible roles beyond convention. I am most interested in being with people. Unique perspectives inform how we relate to and understand the world and curiosity is our agency within that world. Curiosity means asking questions. Curiosity means speaking up. Curiosity means searching for more questions. Curiosity is being content in questioning, change, and ambiguity. Curiosity is voice. By talking to each other we shape our own consciousness and create a future based on real people really communicating.
